Marie Te Po

Marie Te Po is a te reo Māori setting of the beloved carol Silent Night, first written in Austria in 1818 as Stille Nacht. In New Zealand, several Māori translations are sung at Christmas, with Mārie te Pō and Pō Mārie among the most popular, carrying the same peaceful, candle-lit feeling into another language.
